1. CUSTOMER QUALIFICATION
In order to purchase products from our site you must be 21 or older. We reserve the right to request additional documentation in support age verification. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are found to be placed by non-qualified accounts.
2. SHIPPING
Higher Ground will make the best effort to ship items in a timely manner.
We cannot guarantee any shipping time-frames, and external forces can cause delays in shipping.
Processing time for orders can take up to 24 hours (1 Business Day)
Once a package has shipped, we can take NO responsibility in the carriers shipping time-frame.
Higher Ground will take NO responsibility for items lost in transit, sent to the wrong address due to customer error, nor international fees charged by your country or any involved third parties. Shipping insurance is available upon request.
3. INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCTS
Things happen and at Higher Ground we always want to make sure you are happy with your order. If an item arrives broken/faulty/damaged please contact us within 48 hours via email at Highergroundhouston@gmail.com. Please include your order number, email address and shipping information and we will send you a call tag to return the items. Once we receive the items we will replace them or issue store credit.

All Sales are Final. We do not allow returns. Please make sure you clarify any details before purchasing.
